When Biden gets really scared, he calls the FBI for help
The campaign for the House of Representatives is already underway. The Democratic Party has a “high” chance of losing the majority in Congress this November, which it desperately needs. For years they have been conducting a full-fledged repression of those who disagree with them in the media and social networks. But that was not enough for them. To get at least a remote chance of striking at their opponents in the upcoming elections, they have moved from virtual to quite physical repression. Like their ideological predecessors, they used the special services as a punitive tool.
On August 9, the Mar-a-Lago estate of former U.S. President Donald Trump was searched by the FBI, with at least a hundred people. Trump was so feared and tried to intimidate that he was not notified in advance. He quite rightly called these actions an attack by “radical left-wing Democrats” who do not want him to run for president in 2024. The FBI officers were interested in documents that Trump may have allegedly taken out of the White House when he left office. At the time of the search, Trump wasn’t even in Florida – apparently they were afraid to meet with him in person, too.
There is no doubt that the people behind the FBI are trying to prevent Trump from running for president in 2024, but there is a broader goal behind it: to get him out of big politics. The year and a half that has passed since the end of his presidency has shown: Trump isn’t going anywhere, as his popularity is growing. The ideas that formed the basis of the ideology of “Trumpism” (as his detractors call it) have proven to be even more popular and relevant. Moreover, Trump remains the leader of the Republican Party and in general the leader of all conservative America. The Democratic Party’s strategy has caused serious economic and social problems for the United States, and these difficulties continue to worsen in the past year and a half of President Joe Biden’s administration. His administration has no tool other than repression.
FBI officials now claim that they found 11 sets of classified documents during the search. They collected four sets of top secret documents, three sets of “classified” documents and three sets of “confidential” documents. In addition, the agents took out about 20 boxes containing various items, materials, photographs and handwritten notes. All of this “evidence” they expect to use against Trump. Of course, they also tried to find a fictitious “Russian trail”. In a cartoon of the search posted by the British leftist newspaper The Guardian, Trump’s hidden safe was labeled “Top Secret” in Russian.
Trump claimed that the documents found in his home were not classified and were kept in a safe place. But the FBI will insist and try to present the situation as if the former president was keeping U.S. nuclear secrets. The lawlessness began during the search itself. Donald Trump said that FBI agents did not allow anyone, including lawyers, to be present during the procedure. Obviously, the initiators of this action are aware of their wrongdoing and afraid of everything. But it was the show they wanted – after all, Trump’s aides said that they could have just openly approached the ex-president about obtaining certain documents. There were other oddities, for example, the FBI demanded that the security cameras be turned off during the search. In this situation, “representatives of the law” could have planted whatever they wanted.
FBI agents seized Trump’s passports during the search. Although they had no right to do so – according to US law, you need a separate court order to confiscate a passport. Usually a passport is taken away if there is fear that a person under investigation might leave the country. Trump’s inner circle reports that he had planned to visit Britain, but that visit is in question now. Despite the apparent political order, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre 18 times refused to comment on the searches of former U.S. President Donald Trump’s home during her briefing remarks. “Again, this is not something I’m going to comment on today or from here at all. This goes to the Department of Justice, and that’s where I refer you to. “- she ridiculously tried to deny her role in these events.
Biden’s Justice Department also rushed to deny allegations of passport confiscation. But then Trump’s lawyers published a letter stating that the DOJ officials, frightened by the scandal, were ready to give the passports back to Trump. It is unclear whether the confiscation of the passport was done to intimidate him, to show that the laws don’t apply to the FBI or simply to make the search successful. But it is telling how the feds manage to break the law even in the smallest things – trying to hurt Trump in a hurry, but in the end only trampling the remnants of their own reputation.
The harassment and terror continue unabated. The U.S. District Court for the Metropolitan District of Columbia last Tuesday authorized the return of former President Donald Trump’s tax declaration to U.S. congressmen, according to a ruling that entered into the court’s electronic database. The U.S. Justice Department issued an opinion in 2021 that Trump’s tax returns should be turned over to the U.S. House Committee on Revenue and Expenditures. However, the former U.S. president went to court to obtain an injunction prohibiting the release of these documents to lawmakers. And this topic is again on the “arms” of the Democrats.
The ultimate legal goal of the search of Donald Trump is still, perhaps, inaccessible, but it is already quite clear. The former U.S. president could be barred from public office if found guilty of mishandling White House documents. The former president could be charged under § 793 of Title 18 of the U.S. Penal Code. This count is for mishandling or failing to protect information relating to national security matters. The charges against Donald Trump also fall under the Espionage Act, which could land him in prison. Democrats Carolyn Maloney and Adam Schiff have been pressuring the situation and demanding a formal investigation to understand the extent of the threat to the national security. Of course, Donald Trump has refused to answer provocative questions from the New York State Attorney General’s office, citing the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution.
The Democrats also continue their favorite “information crackdown.” Twitter, which is desperately suing Elon Musk, blocked the account of journalist Paul Sperry after posts critical of the FBI. The journalist posted several tweets accusing the agency of personal interest. Sperry, for example, wrote, “Funny, don’t remember the FBI raiding Chappaqua or Whitehaven to find the 33,000 potential classified documents Hillary Clinton deleted. And she was just a former secretary of state, not a former president.”
Still, the former U.S. president is not alone in his struggle. Immediately after the search, supporters came to Trump’s house to show their support. On August 16, thousands of Americans have already gathered for a spontaneous demonstration in favor of Trump, which took place on Long Island. That’s why Trump is confident – he’s demanding that the FBI return the documents “back to where they came from.” He mocks Biden’s chain dogs and, when asked about the classified documents, answers that he keeps them in Hunter Biden’s laptop.
The people of the United States are on the side of the law and against “democratic” repression. Trump has warned that if the temperature is not “brought down” urgently, terrible things could happen in the country. And not even left-wing liberals in power argue with this. The Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation have warned of increased threats of civil war and reprisals against law enforcement officers connected to the Florida search. The “Trumpists” in power also do not leave the search provocation unanswered. Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene expressed her displeasure on Twitter over the search of former President Donald Trump’s estate and demanded impeachment of the attorney general who issued the warrant. Florida Governor Ronald DeSantis called the U.S. a “banana republic” because of the searches and expressed displeasure with the use of the FBI against “opponents of the regime.” And members of the U.S. House of Representatives on behalf of the Republican Party demanded that FBI Director Christopher Wray makes a report on the searches.
The FBI searches of Trump’s estate were a gang raid, the very real political repression that showed what the democracy that every American valued so much had become. But the searches of Trump’s estate have only served him well. After the arrival of the FBI, the former president does not feel defeated and, moreover, is even more determined to enter the presidential election. Even many liberal experts believe that the searches will only give Trump more points, since he is now seen as a victim of Democrat political abuse. It is obvious to everyone whom to blame for the misfortunes of the United States, the destruction of the country and the violation of the law. White House staff under Donald Trump presidency found traces of destroyed documents in restrooms from Democrats who had something to hide. And no controlled media and hired FBI personnel can change that truth.
